Lampėdžio takas
"Lampėdžio takas" - new construction apartments in Kaunas, located in a unique place where urban infrastructure and the harmony of nature coexist. This is another successfully implemented "Nuova" low-rise residential quarter, environmentally friendly. This time, we took into account the active lifestyle of urban dwellers, where high quality, active leisure, the ability to quickly reach the city center, and the dream of relaxing in the embrace of nature are important. Thus, in 2019, the "Lampėdžio takas" quarter was born.

Akacijų vilos
"Akacijų vilos" - stylish and compact low-rise houses built in 2017. The exceptional location, high-quality construction, and care for each resident reflect our approach to how new apartments in Kaunas should be built. We founded "Akacijų vilas" on a hill, offering breathtaking views of greenery, the river, and the cityscape.

"Smėliai" - new apartments in Kaunas, construction of which was completed in 2016. When building these multi-storey buildings, we thought about the urban lifestyle routine, where educational and medical institutions, shops, and workplaces need to be easily and conveniently accessible every day.

"Birutės parkas" - a prestigious residential quarter of individual houses in Palanga. Here, in 2015, we managed to create a quarter where the slow resort life harmonizes with the need for privacy, the freshness of the pine forest - with the natural desire to be in the wild.
