"Lampėdžio takas" - new construction apartments in Kaunas, located in a unique place where urban infrastructure and the harmony of nature coexist. This is another successfully implemented "Nuova" low-rise residential quarter, environmentally friendly. This time, we took into account the active lifestyle of urban dwellers, where high quality, active leisure, the ability to quickly reach the city center, and the dream of relaxing in the embrace of nature are important. Thus, in 2019, the "Lampėdžio takas" quarter was born.

The apartments feature autonomous underfloor heating and abundant natural light (we know how important sunlight is to Lithuanians, so we conducted a sunlight study).
